The Contest

This Contest, conducted by ClickCom, Inc. in conjunction with other entities, will run from 12:00 a.m. September 1, 2004 to 11:59 p.m. September 24, 2004 Eastern Time (ET).  All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET, September 24, 2004.

The Grand Prize will be chosen by independent selection committee (hereby known as The Panel) and will be publicly announced September 30, 2004 at the Winners Reception.

Contest Eligibility

This competition is for company websites only.  Companies must be headquartered in the United States.

Adult-related, gambling or hate websites are not permitted to enter this contest.

Employees and the immediate family members of any employees of ClickCom, Inc., Contest Sponsors and The Judge Panel are NOT permitted to enter, qualify or win this contest.

Limit one entry per website.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and a decision-making executive of the company.

Log onto www.ihatemywebsite.com and complete the registration form.  Incomplete registration forms will be considered void and will be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Upon the close of the Contest on September 24, 2004, The Panel will select one (1) entrant from among all of the eligible entries to win the Grand Prize.  The Grand Prize consists of a complete website redesign valued up to $10,000.  If the winning contestant desires services exceeding $10,000, they may elect to pay for additional work billable at ClickCom’s hourly rate.  The Grand Prize winner’s redesigned website will be ready to launch by January 1, 2005.  

On each Friday during the contest (September 3, 10, 17 and 24), a contestant will be selected at random to win one of four Weekly Prizes.   These winning contestants will be able to collect their prize at the Winners Reception on September 30, 2004.  Weekly winners will still be eligible to win the Grand Prize. 

All winners will be notified of their win by ClickCom, Inc. no later than September 29, 2004 and will be asked to attend the September 30, 2004 Winners Reception to accept their prize.  Should a contest winner not be able to attend the Winners Reception, they will be responsible for contacting ClickCom, Inc. to make arrangements for the collection of their prizes.

Before collecting any prize, winning entrants may required to sign a release form confirming their compliance with the contest rules, the acceptance of the prize as offered, and the acknowledgement of non-responsibility by ClickCom, Inc., Contest Sponsors and The Panel in respect to injuries, loss or misfortune related to the conduct of the contest, the awarding of prizes and the use and/or enjoyment of any awarded prize. 

There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes.  Prizes are non-transferable.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Terms

Submitting an entry constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules and to the decision of The Panel which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. 

Entrants may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility to show evidence of proof of age and/or identification.

ClickCom, Inc., Contest Sponsors and The Panel cannot be held responsible for lost, late, or misdirected email, nor for computer / email errors of any description.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s company name, logo, and website for the purpose of advertising, promotion and publicity in all media (including online) without additional compensation or notice.

By entering entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify ClickCom, Inc., Contest Sponsors, and The Panel and against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of either the entrant's participation or the use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

ClickCom, Inc. reserves the right to change, alter or modify the contest and contest rules at any time without written notice.

This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
